The room just didn’t feel clean at all. The bathroom was dusty, and the sheets felt gross, like they hadn’t been properly washed. For what I paid, what a joke.

The place was in a really handy spot and it was easy to get around from there. That part was definitely a plus. I’ll admit though, after I made the payment I started feeling a bit unsure and didn’t fully trust how things were going, so that took away from the experience a little.

I knew there would be some smoking since it’s a casino, but wow, it felt like I couldn’t get away from it at all. Even just walking around or sitting down to play for a bit, the smoke was constantly hanging in the air. Weirdly, I remember there was this one bright red slot machine near the walkway that I actually wanted to try, but the smoke was so thick around it I just kept moving.
By the time I left, my hair and clothes smelled awful, and my eyes were stinging bad. It definitely wasn’t the fun, relaxing night I was hoping for. I probably wouldn’t go back unless they seriously improve the ventilation or make the non-smoking areas feel like they actually exist

The parking situation was the most frustrating part. The lot was far away, and finding my way around it was way more confusing than it needed to be. I’m not saying they designed it that way on purpose... but it definitely felt like someone wanted to make parking a whole little puzzle before you even got inside...

I was really looking forward to a relaxing day by the pool, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The pool looked dirty, and it was way more crowded than I thought it would be, so it was hard to actually enjoy the time there

I showed up tired and just wanted to get to my room, but check-in dragged on way longer than it should have. The front desk seemed confused and kept asking me for the same information, which got frustrating fast. Then I found out the room still wasn’t ready even though they had told me it would be. There wasn’t much of an apology either, just a kind of “please wait” response. It felt like there wasn’t a real person there who cared about the situation. Not a great way to start the stay

I really liked the slot selection and found a few games I actually enjoy playing. It’s a nice mix overall, though I do think it could use a few more options

I was disappointed with my stay. The room was fine, but the extra resort fees felt ridiculous and kind of sneaky. What annoyed me even more was that the terms seemed to change from what I thought I booked, so by the time I checked out, the total was way higher than expected. It just left a bad taste and made the whole trip feel less relaxing

I stayed and played here because I figured the rewards program would at least add up to something decent, but it felt underwhelming. Maybe I misunderstood how it worked, but the points seemed to move painfully slow, and I had to ask a couple times just to figure out what I was even eligible for.
The staff I talked to were nice, so I don’t want to make it sound like the whole visit was awful, because it wasn’t. But the rewards setup itself was confusing and, somehow, both boring and annoying. For a casino resort I expected better perks, or at least clearer ones. I probably wouldn’t come back just for the rewards

I was disappointed with our stay. The service was slow, the room wasn’t very comfortable, and for what we paid, it just didn’t feel worth it. What made it more frustrating was that whenever we brought up an issue, everyone seemed to pass it off to someone else. It never felt like anyone was willing to take ownership or actually help fix things

I booked this place mainly for the golf, but actually getting to the course was way more confusing than it should’ve been. I had to keep asking where to go and explaining over and over what I was trying to do, which got old really fast. The staff weren’t especially helpful, and by the time I realized I still wasn’t getting clear answers, it just felt like a complete waste of time.

I expected customer service to be at least somewhat helpful, but the whole experience was disappointing. I waited a long time just to get short, unhelpful replies, and it kind of felt like I was annoying them by asking basic questions. I wasn’t expecting anything special, just simple support, and even that didn’t really happen.

I booked a massage at the spa expecting a relaxing treat, but it really wasn’t worth the money. The front desk seemed confused when I arrived, and I ended up waiting past my scheduled time. The massage room was cold, which made it hard to relax, and the massage itself felt rushed. For what I paid, I expected a much better experience. I left feeling more annoyed than relaxed, and I really hope the spa offers some kind of compensation or makes this right.

I don’t know why the rooms are priced so high for what you actually get. It was fine, but definitely didn’t feel worth the money to me...

I really wanted to enjoy my stay, and I think it’s fair to expect a decent night’s sleep when you book a room. Unfortunately, the hallways were loud and there was music playing late into the night, so I barely slept. The hotel may be fine otherwise, but the noise was a big issue for me.

I had a decent time at Wekopa Casino Resort, but I was expecting a bit more. The casino floor had plenty of games, so we stayed busy, and the live music was a nice touch. That said, the drinks took longer than they should have, which was kind of frustrating. Overall, it was still a fun weekend and the entertainment was good, but a few things definitely kept it from being as great as I hoped.

I went in hoping to play some blackjack, but most of the tables were closed... so there really wasn’t much to do. Ended up being a boring night overall.

I didn’t sleep well at all. The bed was way too hard, and the pillows were so flat they felt like they’d been around forever. The room also felt stuffy, and the AC was loud enough to keep bothering me through the night. What annoyed me most is that it felt like the expectations kept shifting — for the price, I thought I was paying for a comfortable stay, but once I got there it was like the goalposts moved and “good enough” was supposed to be acceptable. I left tired, frustrated, and not really interested in coming back

Ate here during our stay. Food was hit or miss. Breakfast was decent and warm. Dinner was bland for the price. Service was fine. Nothing awful, just expected better...

Went here for a night out the drinks just didn’t really hit. My cocktail tasted watered down and a little flat, like it was missing something but I couldn’t quite... yeah. Service was fine, no real complaints there, but for what we paid, I just expected the drinks to be better.
